Can I ship nationwide?
Not at this time. Preserved Art only delivers within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Exceptions may be made on specialty orders. For more information or to request nationwide shipping, contact Customer Service at 214.522.9911.

When will I receive my delivery?
Orders placed online can be delivered as quickly as same-day. Custom orders require a consultation and design-work. Each piece is made by hand, so custom orders may take anywhere from 3-5 days. Our designers will work with you to fit your timeline. Unless otherwise requested, delivery will take place anywhere from 8 am to 6 pm.

Who needs to sign for my delivery?Either you, your recipient, or a representative that is 18 years of age or older. If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will return at a later time or later date, unless otherwise specified in the original order placed.

What if there is an issue with my purchase?
In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, there are damaged pieces, or any other issue, please contact Customer Service at 214.522.9911.

Will I be notified about my delivery?
Yes. You will receive an email upon product delivery. You can also call 214.522.9911 to check on your order at any time. Have your order # ready.

What additional fees may apply?
Additional fees are applied for:· By-noon or 2-hour delivery options· Delivery outside of our local delivery area· A late-placed order for same-day delivery

Cancellation Policy
If you have placed an internet or phone order with Preserved Art that you wish to change or cancel, please contact Customer Service at 214.522.9911 between 8 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Sunday.
