| Communicating your desires is important. If you're unable to compose an email, then please call. We will ask questions that will help us get a feel for who you are, your likes and dislikes. And that will help us create an arrangement you will enjoy. |

| Price - The price of a custom wreath might be the same as the current offerings or possibly a little higher. Extra communication, research and ordering of special materials are sometimes part of custom work. The price on a custom wreath could be 10-20% higher than a wreath currently available or a proportional equivalent. |

| Delivery Time - A custom-made arrangement usually takes no longer than one week to arrive at your doorstep. Ordering
special materials and peak holiday times will sometimes delay the delivery.
